By submitting work, you confirm that you are legally permitted to do so.

3. Submissions & Ownership

We use your email address only to:

Creator ownership

• You retain full ownership of your submitted content.
• Jindo does not claim ownership of your work.

License to Jindo

By submitting content, you grant Jindo a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to:

• Host, store, and display your work
• Feature it on the Jindo website
• Promote selected work in connection with Jindo (including social media or editorial content)

This license applies only if your work is selected and published.

4. Curation & Editorial Rights

Jindo is a curated platform.

We reserve the right to:

• Accept or decline submissions at our discretion
• Remove content at any time
• Decide how, where, and whether content is displayed

We are not obligated to publish, maintain, or continue hosting any submission.

5. AI-Related Responsibilities

Jindo does not verify how AI tools were used to create submitted work.

By submitting content, you confirm that:

• You have the right to submit the work
• The work does not infringe on third-party rights(including likeness, copyright, or intellectual property)
• You are responsible for compliance with applicable laws and ethical use of AI

Jindo does not train AI models on submitted content.

6. Prohibited Content

You may not submit content that:

• Violates intellectual property rights
• Includes unlawful, hateful, or abusive material
• Misrepresents authorship or ownership
• Violates privacy or publicity rights
• Is deceptive, fraudulent, or harmful

We may remove content that violates these rules without notice.

7. No Guarantees

Jindo makes no guarantees regarding:

• Review timelines
• Selection or publication
• Exposure, reach, or outcomes

Participation is at your own discretion.

8. Third-Party Services

Jindo uses third-party services such as:

• Cloudflare Stream for video hosting
• Webflow for website and form hosting

We are not responsible for outages or issues caused by third-party services.

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Use of the platform is at your own risk
